We strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate. However:

  • Minor errors may occur

  • Images are for illustration only

  • Specifications may change due to component availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify specifications with equivalent or better components

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders at our discretion

If payment has been processed and the order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

4. Custom Build Policy (Important for Your Business)

For custom systems:

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once assembly or processing begins.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting specifications that meet their needs.

  • Performance may vary based on software, usage, and system configuration.

5. Pricing and Payments

We accept:

  • Other payment methods shown at checkout

By providing payment information, you:

  • Authorize TECHWHIZ LLC to charge the full amount

  • Confirm you are authorized to use the payment method

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the United States.

Important terms:

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, supply chain, or high demand

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Any shipping damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Custom-built systems are non-returnable unless defective

  • Prebuilt systems may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as required by law:

  • Products are provided “as is”

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable

  • TECHWHIZ LLC does not guarantee compatibility with third-party software or hardware

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Software or compatibility issues

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only where permitted by law.

10. Fraud and Chargeback Protection

  • Refuse service to suspected fraudulent transactions

False chargebacks may be reported and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
